Delete Your Account & Data
You can permanently delete your Dolphin Beyond account and all of the data tied to it, at any time, directly inside the app. Here is exactly how it works and what gets removed.

Delete from inside the app
The fastest way is right in Dolphin Beyond:
- Open Dolphin Beyond and make sure you are signed in.
- Tap the Profile tab, then Settings.
- Under "Account & privacy", tap "Delete account".
- Confirm in the dialog. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in (email, Apple, or guest).
- Your profile and diver name.
- Your leaderboard scores and ranking.
- Your saved runs, best combos, streaks, and stats.
- Your notification (push) token.
Timeline
Your account and data are removed from our live services immediately when you confirm. Copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. If you used Sign in with Apple, your Apple sign-in token is revoked as part of deletion.
What we keep
After deletion we do not retain your personal data, except anything we are legally required to keep or fully anonymized, aggregate statistics that are no longer linked to you.
Can’t open the app?
If you can no longer access the app or your account, email us from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
